Stijn Elshuis

Stijn Elshuis (1991, the Netherlands) is a multidisciplinary artist who is concerned with the bigger questions. How do we deal with history, how do we deal with nature? In a rapidly changing world, Elshuis uses his 3D sculptures and photography to respond to these current themes and the questions that arise. The questions that Elshuis asks make the viewer think about contemporary developments in culture and nature. Are these diametrically opposed, or can they face the future hand in hand?
