Sabrina Rosenheim

Rosenheim moves in her work between traditional painting and digital animation. While this series of portraits is an ode to stillness, in her broader practice Rosenheim focuses on themes of language and translation. Her multilingual background – French, English and Arabic – forms the basis of her exploration of what it means to move between languages and traditions. The idea of 'The Third Space' – the hybrid in-between that emerges when cultures meet – underpins all her work.
