Jamy Osinga

Through her works, Jamy Osinga (1994) aims to broaden opinions and break through prejudices: which is how a dialogue establishes with her artwork. ‘The Moral Minds of Gods and Children’ is based on conversations with children about right and wrong. In the area between these extremes lies our moral consciousness, which develops around the age of seven. Osinga also researched into Viking mythology. She found that morals are not as straightforward as we think, and that children have a better moral sense than most grownups.
