Our choice of the theme The Individual and Society sprang from a realization that art serves as a mirror of social trends and events. This being so, art can be seen as a bridge between the individual and society. As a company at the heart of society, and whose most important asset is its staff, AkzoNobel is keen to preserve and reinforce this bridge through its Art Foundation.
